Hey Seedless! Congratz on your advancements in Project 1999
There are a handful of casual players logged on just about every night in Walkers on the Drinal server.
EQ has now advanced to lvl 105 and with the Broken Mirror expansion is revisiting the Planes of Fear and Hate.

Still dreaming of my former partners in crime from so long ago.

It's been about a year that Velious has been out - however, the fight between the top two guilds is ongoing. Some weeks it's 50/50 on the dragon spawns - but most weeks we have the upper hand. At this point - no #3 guild has emerged (and I don't think one will). The gap between us and them, our strategies, gear, character/bot access and general drive - combined with few others joining the server leaves little room to learn.

Revisiting Chardok, Scorching Woods, Frontier Mts and many more old school zones with new content.

Another update from my travels on P99.

I ran into Saldydar on his druid the other day outside of Kael! That makes 2 former Walkers playing (I ran into Beanen a couple years ago). Even a year into Velious, the competition remains very intense. The two top guilds (Awakened and Aftermath) continue to battle it out in ToV, Kael and Fearplane for the boss mobs. Recently the developers implemented "lazy aggro/leashing" distances. Now our monks, bards and necromancers work together to train up, tag, transfer/rip aggro and walk the bosses down from the farthest points in ToV - its a thing of beauty!

Walkers is still around in EQ ... hard core casual players now
Tindirt now plays Henorm, Macslayer now plays Macwizz, Zahasha now plays Zahashah in Undivided Faith guild on Drinal.
Undivided Faith is an active family style guild that raids on the server much like Walkers in the "old days" when it was a larger active guild.
There are still some old time Vazaelle players around today on Drinal which is where Vaz ended after a couple of server merges.

P99 is still rocking and I just found it.

Teeka and I have toons an the New Server "Green" it's only about 10 weeks old and Kunark will not roll out for a couple of months yet.
