Well, life has kicked me square in the teeth, and now I have to pick my butt up off the ground.

My Life Partner and I have separated, and therefore life is getting much less leisurely for me.

This means that right now has to also herald my retirement from EQ. My living arrangements mean that I cannot play when I have free time, and honestly maybe it's for the best that I focus on real life for now. As some of you know, I had already gotten to the point of burnout with EQ simply because of the sheer work that goes into playing the game effectively. This is just the last straw that causes my retirement. Neither Ladnia or any of my other toons will be sold, shared or deleted, they're simply going to fade away into the dark, and remain Walkers. I will, however, be checking in here on the message board as I can to say hello and see how you all are doing. I have not decided what to do with my WoW account yet, but if I do decide that I can't play, I will give that out, and I will make sure that it goes to a Walker.

Please feel free to say hello via pm, email, or yahooIM. I'll be around there as I can.

My best wishes to everyone, my time in the guild has been memorable, and I appreciate every moment.

Well Chris, sorry to hear about the RL problems. You have always been an awesome person to play with and to hang out with. I have enjoyed the time spent together sharing adventures. I remember the first time we grouped together in LOIO, it was you me and Dacajun. Good times

We all feel the burn, or at least I did. Now on to bigger and better things.
Take it easy, and I am sure it wont be the last time we shall see eachother.

I am very sad for you Chris, you are a damn fine person and deserve only the best. If you ever need to talk you know how to get hold of me, and know you can too. You are 100% correct to focus on RL right now and get things sorted out, that speaks volumes on the kind of person you are.

hope things work out for the best. My time away ffrom EQ has ben god, and led to more enthusiasm for WoW. I hope your time off will have a same effect. Take care!

My girl! im sorry about what happened... but i understand it was probably for the best since it happened eh girl? I hope you find everything you desire in life and i hope you still keep in touch! i will miss seeing my lil DE cleric running around rezzing my sorry azz... lol just like the first time we met eh? hehe lil Kiwi scared in big ole GD and Laddy to the rescue ... you were the main reason i decided on Walkers when i weas looking for a home. I miss the times we shared in JinXed though they were for only a few months i looked up to you as "OMG " shes sucha high lvl! omg omg and she actually talks to me... lmao can ya tell how in awe i was over 50-65's man i thought I was never gonna get there i was sure... lmao and here i am at 63 cause Laddy and others said shut up and you can do it =) love ya hun! stay safe and enjoy your time away from the grips of EQ!... /hugz girl and i will miss you much!
